What is pelvic health osteopathy?

Pelvic health osteopathy is a holistic approach to improving pelvic floor function through education, hands-on treatment and exercise.

We take a whole-body approach—examining not just the pelvic floor but also related areas including breathing, posture, and muscle tension in the hips, pelvis, feet and even the jaw. We also take into consideration lifestyle factors that may be contributing to symptoms.

At Flow, all pelvic health appointments are with Loren who is an experienced osteopath with further training in both internal and external assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of the pelvic floor.
